A Good Read - I'd recommend them all!

Burnt Mountain - Anne River Siddons

Folly Beach - Dorothea Benton Frank

The Writing Circle - Corinne Demas

Olive Kitteridge - Elizabeth Strout

Sisterhood Everlasting - Ann Brashares

Selvedge Edge

Unfurling - Misty Mawn

Plaster Workshop - Stephanie Lee and Judy Wise

Eco Colour - India Flint

So my New Years resolution... read at least one book a month... and I'm happy to report I'm a bit ahead of my goal! I would recommend all of them... wonderful reads that have brought me here to mid summer... my good friend Barb is a great source for a good book... I'm thinking this stack may represent what she reads in a month. But I'm always open to suggestions.

What are you reading?

The Paris Wife - Paula McLain

Those Who Safe Us - Jenna Blum

The Glassblower of Murano - Marina Fiorato

Summer Rental - Mary Kay Andrews

now I know you have a wonderful local bookstore that could use a little love.

so go visit them & start your stack

Plaster Workshop with Stephanie Lee & Judy Wise

Stephanie Lee and Judy Wise put together an amazing online class. I followed along as often as I could... and am trying to catch up! Luckily they are offering an ebook! So I jumped at the chance to get one because the amount of info they gave over 4 weeks could be a residency of study... really an abundance of goodness! So if you missed the class - you haven't missed the boat... you can still get the book or the ebook... or if you can both - because they complement each other perfectly. Just like plaster and wax.
